Altered truth will lose it’s power
when it becomes a lie
it no longer has potency
though many often try

no lie overrules what is truth
nothing can rise so tall
than what God has spoken on high
before the enemy’s fall

what people fail to understand
is that many live a lie
believing what they think is truth
from birth until they die
____
as false religion has its grip
on global minds en masse
Satan rules this world with lies
he has them in his grasp
____
for his power is limited
no truth to back his word
but when the gospel is proclaimed
the truth is finally heard
____
for all the lies are then exposed
the truth will make one free
the difference becomes apparent
for clouded eyes to see
____
and Jesus Christ the Son of God
has given unto man
salvation’s grace from worldly sin
a mind to fit His plan
